The Kentuckians are back! What a great Derby Party - Club Duck Key had its own "Run For The Roses" - beautiful roses everywhere.

A delicious Southern Buffet of ham biscuits, cheese grits, Kentucky apple recipe, classic Kentucky tea sandwiches, plus lots more. And let us not leave out the mint julep - sweet and smooth. A Derby pie for dessert.

Lots of fun reading about those incredible horses and deciding which one to be the favorite.

Three winners for the "best hat" - Joanne, Susie, and Anna took home the prize - roses of course.

Conch horn blowing contest was a hoot. A Kentuckian won that contest, hands down.

Thank you's go to Tommy and Kay Lyons and their friends who flew in from Kentucky to make this party a great event. Plus, thank you's to all the people how brought even more delicious food to the buffet.
