Exotic wonderful dinner of new and interesting foods supplied by Jim and Merlynn Boback - caribou, smoked goose, quail, venison, and lots more. Many hands helped prepare this fantastic dinner. Becky and Miss Geneva prepared a wild turkey bread stuffing plus gumbo. Jerry fixed a venison chili - excellent. Jim and Merlynn worked hard in their kitchen - smoked goose, marinated caribou - then slow cooked in a dark delicious sauce, kingfish dip, venison sausage, and let's not forget the tortellini alfredo. AND, brownies for dessert. Club Members enjoyed the evening by mingling from table to table before dinner to catch up on the fishing reports and who's coming down next for a visit to the beautiful islands of Duck Key, in the Florida Keys.
